Robostreet showcased its innovative electric waste truck, the LC600, at the Smart & Sustainable Mobility Day with SEPTA(Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) and the City of Philadelphia on May 9. 2023

The event, which will take place from 9:00am-2:00pm, is aimed at promoting sustainable transportation and mobility solutions that can help reduce the environmental impact of transportation in the city. The LC600 electric refuse truck from Robostreet is a perfect fit for this event, as it is a prime example of how advanced electric truck technology can be used to promote sustainable transportation.

The LC600 is a state-of-the-art electric refuse truck that has been designed to provide a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional diesel-powered refuse trucks. Powered by an advanced electric motor and equipped with advanced sensors and control systems, the LC600 is capable of collecting and transporting refuse with greater efficiency and precision than traditional trucks.

According to Robostreet, the LC600 is capable of collecting and transporting up to 16 tons of waste per day, while using up to 50% less energy than traditional diesel-powered trucks. This makes it an ideal solution for cities and municipalities looking to reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainable waste management practices.

“We are excited to be showcasing our LC600 electric refuse truck at the Smart & Sustainable Mobility Day with SEPTA and the City of Philadelphia,” said Wei Wang, CEO of Robostreet. “We believe that advanced electric vehicle technology has the potential to revolutionize the way we manage our waste and transportation systems, and our LC600 is a prime example of this.”

“We believe that clean energy and robotics technology has the potential to transform the world around us,” said Wei. “By developing innovative solutions that can help reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainability, we are helping to create a better, more sustainable future for all of us.”

This event will provide a unique opportunity for participants to connect and network with industry leaders, government officials, and other professionals in the field.

SEPTA General Manager/CEO Leslie S. Richards. Martine Hébert, Québec’s Delegate General in New York. Michael Carroll, Deputy Managing Director, Office of The City of Philadelphia Transportation, Infrastructure, and Sustainability. has a speech at the event.
