PRINCETON, N.J. — May 2025 — RoboStreet’s compact electric work truck has been approved for trial operation on the Princeton University campus.
The vehicle will operate in real-world campus environments alongside university grounds and building-services teams, providing an opportunity to validate electric commercial vehicles in closed, fixed-route, low-speed operations.
University campuses are an ideal environment for electrification and future robotic operations, with predictable routes, frequent stops, and centralized fleet management.
The Princeton trial represents an important step for RoboStreet in validating its Campus & Logistics applications and provides real-world operational experience that will help inform the development of the next-generation RoboStreet R1 electric robotic truck platform.
